Just 11 miles from Mankato, come check out this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath house that sits beautifully on 2.87 acres. An addition was added in 1991 with a finished basement under it. Main floor has the master bedroom with walk-in closet, a second bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large living room which accesses the outside deck, large kitchen, a smaller kitchen, large utility room, and a mudroom off of the garage. In the basement is the family room, a storage room and a roughly 11x9 room that could be another bedroom if egress window was added. The upstairs has 3 to 4 bedrooms (if you count the passthrough) and a bathroom. Furnace is 2 yrs old. Home has natural gas, so no propane tanks to fill, and high-speed fiber optic internet. Outside you will find the main barn that has water and electricity, a machine shed attaches to it and a 18x30 lean to that has a fenced area behind it with a heated cattle waterer. The 32x22 chicken coop has a steel roof. There is a detached garage and at least room for 2 more parking spots in the pole barn- which is sure to impress. The pole barn has steel walls and steel roof. It also has a heated workshop with cement floors. Time to enjoy private country living off a tar road!

The land itself needs to be preserved for primarily agricultural activities. These areas should avoid existing cities, residential zones and subdivisions. They should be large contiguous land areas with mostly prime soils. Rezoning should only be considered on the zone's borders in order to maintain the Zoning integrity of the District. The total number of Dwellings shall not exceed 16 per section of land with the exception of Transfer of Development Right and lots of record. Transfer of development rights may be utilized to exceed the permitted housing density of 1 dwelling per quarter-quarter section 40 acres, provided that the density does not exceed 4 dwellings per quarter-quarter section in the receiving quarter-quarter section.
