One of a kind home on 2 acres in Lee's summit. This home is solidly built and has a lot of character with tongue and groove ceilings, stone fireplace in Great room, huge expansive living space throughout with large gathering rooms and bedrooms, brick flooring in dining room, very large finished basement with 2nd master bedroom if desired and office space on main level. Seller has nicely updated all bathrooms and maintained the home. You will die for the back yard which includes a large composite deck and in total 2 acres as well as beautiful and mature landscaping. The 23x22 utility garage downstairs for hobby or boat enthusiast is a plus as well as the huge storage room off the laundry room that could have multiple uses like a wine room or safe room. This home has so many living options. As you'll see another realtor contacted him about the homeowner rules. Sounds like building a shed should be no problem as long as you follow their rules and submit them for approval.
