Located on the edge of town in a beautiful setting sits this wonderful three bedroom, three bathroom ranch opportunity. Ranch floorplan on a 1+ acre lot outside of town are becoming more and more difficult to find. This one boasts hardwood floors throughout and plenty of windows (less than 5 yrs old). Giving the home a bright and airy feel. Classic three bedroom and 3 bath floorplan with the master enjoying its own bathroom. The basement space has been tastefully finished to suit a variety of needs without giving up ample storage. The kitchen and utility room are both large and very versitile. A nice sized deck off of the eat in kitchen area allows for additional space to entertain or man the grill. Plenty of space to allow the dogs to run and start a garden! Convenient location on the outskirts of thriving Lee's Summit or easy access into Blue Springs. Horses are even allowed per deed restrictions!
VERY NICE RANCH WITH WOOD FLOORS THRUOUT. GREAT ROOM WITH VAULTED CEILING AND FIREPLACE OFF KITCHEN. BEAUTIFUL TREED 1+ ACRE GROUNDS. LARGE LAUNDRY ROOM OFF KITCHEN.

AG
Agricultural District
The Agricultural District AG is intended to help retain large tracts of land for agricultural purposes and to minimize conflicts between agricultural uses and adjacent development. The principal purpose of this district is to provide for large tracts of open land 43,560 sq ft or more devoted to active agricultural and open space uses including crop farming, animal raising, pasture and woodlands with related residential and farm structures and equipment. This district is appropriate in the Rural Development Tier depicted on the Development Diagram (Exhibit VI.3) of the Master Plan. The AG District also may apply to tracts of land within the Suburban Tier, when compatible with adjacent land uses. Land in the AG District should be served at rural levels of service.
