Situated just outside the Lone Jack city limits in unincorporated Jackson County and located within the highly sought-after Grain Valley School District, this fully surveyed 10-acre tract offers the perfect blend of peaceful country living and everyday convenience. With direct frontage on Colbern Road, you’ll enjoy quick access to shopping, dining, and major routes while still having the privacy and open space that’s getting harder to find. The property features gently rolling terrain, open pasture ground, mature tree lines surrounding the perimeter, and several beautiful potential build sites. With no restrictions and no timeline to build, you have the freedom to create exactly what you want, when you want. Whether you envision a custom home, barndominium, hobby farm, horse property, large shop building, hunting getaway, or recreational retreat, the possibilities here are wide open. Utilities are already positioned to make development even easier, with Evergy providing up to 1/4 mile of electric service to the build site at no cost from Colbern Road, and water available to be metered from Colbern Road as well. If you’ve been searching for space to spread out, room for animals, toys, outbuildings, or simply a scenic place to put down roots, this property delivers the flexibility and freedom that rural living is all about. Need even more room? The adjoining 10-acre tract to the west is also available, creating a rare opportunity to own a full 20 acres.
