Almost 3 acres (2.77) in the city of Clinton and its award-winning school district. On north Midway Road near McRaven. Part of the land is fenced and was previously used as a horse pen. Once cleared, it could accommodate horses again. Fairly private location, well off the road, down a winding drive, this was formerly part of a 10-acre family tract. The 1852-square foot home was built in 1991, and has three bedrooms and two baths, with two of the bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Downstairs are the master suite, a recently updated kitchen (new countertops and backsplash, new range, dishwasher and vent hood), a dining area, family room and a porch that has been enclosed and is heated and cooled. Full length front porch, small rear porch that is inside a small area fenced off for a dog run. Two-car carport, laundry room. New water heater, new upstairs heating and cooling unit. Just minutes from Highway 18 and I-20.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

Agricultural District
The purpose of this district is to conserve land for agricultural use, to prevent the premature development of land, and to prevent urban and agricultural land use conflicts. It is the intent of this Ordinance that such districts be located primarily in those areas of the City of Clinton that are not served by the public sewer system. It is the further intent of this Ordinance to prevent disorderly scattering of residences on small lots and to prevent the establishment of other urban land uses that would require unreasonable expenditures for public improvements and services.
