736+/- acres of pristine wooded land, a sprawling landscape teeming with natural beauty and wildlife. Towering pines create a dense, serene forest, rich with wildlife and crisscrossed by well-maintained trails that are perfect for hiking, horseback riding, ATV riding or hunting access. Nestled by the lake stands a charming 1458 sq ft log cabin constructed with sturdy timber and featuring a rustic welcoming design. With 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is plenty of room for entertaining. It serves as an ideal retreat, with a cozy fireplace, wood-beamed ceilings, and panoramic windows that bring the woods indoors. Guest can stay in the 1152 sq ft guest house/party building and sit on the large front porch overlooking the lake. Deer are abundant and get fed year-round with protein pellets. Property has only been hunted a handful of times in the last few years with several good buck harvested. There are several flocks of turkeys that call this tract home and seem to stay in the area year-round. The 12-acre lake shows 25 foot deep along the damn and holds a terrific bass and bream population and some large catfish. Lake is managed by SE Pond and has been fertilized and stocked with fathead minnows as needed. The property also has a 40 x 50 enclosed metal shed and new 60 x 100 insulted metal building on a large gravel area.
