Perfectly planned horse farm. This 30 acre property is private and in a great location. The fabulous 70x120 barn currently has 22 stalls and has room for 40 stalls. It also has a large storage area and roll up door for large vehicles . This commercial property is zoned as Agricultural with low taxes. The electrical and plumbing were updated in 2010, a new well in 2018 was put in. It also has 2 septic systems. Use this as total horse farm, live in mobile home or build your own beautiful home. There is also a stocked pond on the property, fencing and all areas are accessible by private drive. Currently there is a camper on the property set in a separate living area. The entire property is fenced and includes a large sandy arena, two run ins, 10 fenced paddocks, 2 ponds - one stocked with catfish for great fishing. Previously, this was a working horse training/boarding business and also rented as short term vacation location. There are two electrical hook ups and septic for short term stays. All equipment, camper, extra appliances and ATVs can be negotiated with the sellers. The double wide mobile home has a covered carport and storage, and a spacious deck. This would be a great family property or serious income producing farm and short term rental. Drive to our beautiful sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy the award winning golf, gaming, entertainment and dining establishments.
