Acreage!!! 20 (+/-) If you are looking for the perfect, quiet, secluded property to build your dream home or a place ready to start a farm and build the perfect farmhouse, look no further! After passing beautiful homes surrounded by gated properties with gorgeous landscape to enhance the natural beauty, you will find this hidden gem tucked away at the end of the road just waiting for the right owners to make it their own. Interested in an investment??? This would be the the perfect place to build the most beautiful wedding venue on the coast! Once you drive down the road passing beautiful homes, then turn onto the long limestone driveway leading to the property, you will see why it is called the perfect place for seclusion. The property is completely fenced in and currently has livestock on it. It already has power ran to it with a temporary power pole that also has a RV hookup. There is a brand new septic tank that has never been used ready for your new build. There are three barns. One is being used for temporary/occasional use when staying the weekend or a night or two. Other than a well for water, this property is build ready. The property backs up on one side to the Little Biloxi River for fishing or recreational use. Another side backs up to property that could possibly be leased for hunting and joins another heavily wooded property.
