Generally, this district will be characterized by residential structure seach containinga multiple number of dwelling units. The RM-6 District applies to areas in which a mix of single-family and multiple-family housing is appropriate to create a unified urban neighborhood; transitional areas between lower and higher intensity uses; developing areas of multiple-family housing where sufficient urban facilities are available or where such facilities will be available prior to development. This district is intended also to permit community facilities and public utility in stallations which are necessary to service and do service specifically ther esidents of this district, or which are benefitted by and compatible with a residential environment.
