Lovely like new 4 bedroom/2 bath home with intelligent, open layout, and upgraded finishes in sought after Stillhouse Creek! The covered front porch and well manicured yard exude curb appeal. As you enter you'll find beautiful heart pine floors throughout all of the main living areas. The corner fireplace is the centerpiece of the living area. An interior brick wall adds character to the dining area, and natural light floods the space through the large picture window. A cook's kitchen allows for open sight lines throughout the main living space, and boasts loads of storage and counterspace in a high end slab granite, sleek stainless steel appliances, a large island and high top bar with room for up to 4 barstools. Off of the kitchen is a functional mudroom with lockers, a built in desk area with extra storage, and the laundry room. Tucked away at the back of the home is the private master suite, with a nicely sized bedroom, and a serene master bath that features separate vanities, great cabinet space, a separate shower, toilet room, and a huge walk in closet. The split plan allows for privacy, with two well appointed guest rooms on the opposite end of the home, and the second full bath off of the same hallway. Upstairs is a generous fourth bedroom with a massive walk in closet. From the great room, you can access the screened in porch that spans almost the full width of the home, and is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day, or watch the kids play in the spacious fenced in yard. Residents of Stillhouse Creek enjoy access to the neighborhood walking trail and playground, as well as access to some of the state's top rated public schools. Don't hesitate! PUD
Planned Unit Development Legacy District
The purposes for Planned Unit Development PUD districts are: To provide for the development of relatively large land areas as total cohesive and coordinated units, rather than development on a lot-by-lot basis.; To permit more flexible and advantageous use of sites, especially with regard to natural features of the landscape, through the relaxation of conventional zoning requirements including minimum lot size and minimum lot width, while at the same time retaining approximately the same overall density as would ordinarily apply if the same areas were developed by conventional methods.; To help reduce the cost of residential development by allowing more dwelling units per gross acre than could be built in a conventional low density subdivision due to the extensive space requirements of streets rights-of-way, utility easements, etc., in a conventional subdivision and by reducing the length of streets and utility extensions through concentration or clustering of housing; To provide for the development of sites in which land not used for structures and yards but not required by the basic zoning of the site shall be reserved collectively in contiguous units accessible to all dwellings within the PUD as open space; this open space will provide recreational opportunities for the residents of the PUD, and will also afford improved, safer pedestrian circulation within the PUD.
