3/2 split plan in the beautiful Stillhouse Creek subdivision, Germantown School District. 1 year-old roof with new gutters. Inside freshly painted. Brick accent wall in the dining room, open kitchen with large granite slab central island, stainless-steel appliances, and pantry. Rear foyer off garage offers mud area with built-in bench and computer desk. Pine floors through out all living area and kitchen, pine ceiling in master, huge covered back porch with vaulted pine ceiling ready for your outdoor party.
They never planned to leave so soon! After an exhaustive search, the owners found this home barely 6 months ago, choosing it because of its unique features -- wood-trey ceiling, brick accent wall in the dining room and a one-of-kind granite slab kitchen island that allows for comfortable entertaining from the kitchen through the great room. The dining room, while also open to the living space, has a separate feel to it. The split plan offers a very nice master suite with luxurious, spa-like bathroom. Rear foyer off garage offers computer desk, cubbies and pantry. If you enjoy seeing the sun go down, you'll appreciate the cathedral-ceilinged, wood-planked porch. Oh, did we mention this is situated nicely in the Germantown School District in Stillhouse Creek, one of Madison County's prettiest new subdivisions?

PUD
Planned Unit Development Legacy District
The purposes for Planned Unit Development PUD districts are: To provide for the development of relatively large land areas as total cohesive and coordinated units, rather than development on a lot-by-lot basis.; To permit more flexible and advantageous use of sites, especially with regard to natural features of the landscape, through the relaxation of conventional zoning requirements including minimum lot size and minimum lot width, while at the same time retaining approximately the same overall density as would ordinarily apply if the same areas were developed by conventional methods.; To help reduce the cost of residential development by allowing more dwelling units per gross acre than could be built in a conventional low density subdivision due to the extensive space requirements of streets rights-of-way, utility easements, etc., in a conventional subdivision and by reducing the length of streets and utility extensions through concentration or clustering of housing; To provide for the development of sites in which land not used for structures and yards but not required by the basic zoning of the site shall be reserved collectively in contiguous units accessible to all dwellings within the PUD as open space; this open space will provide recreational opportunities for the residents of the PUD, and will also afford improved, safer pedestrian circulation within the PUD.
