Golf course living on the 10th Green at Lake Caroline Golf Course. This 4 bedroom/3 bath showpiece is a custom build with attention to every detail. Old Chicago brick accents enhance the painted brick exterior and make up the interior brick arch and real wood burning fireplace. The formal dining room is being tastefully used as additional living space since the breakfast/keeping room is so generous in size. The 12' ceiling height in the living areas and ample windows across the back of the house keep it open and airy. The countertops throughout the house are beautiful Vicostone Misterio quartz. The kitchen has stylish shaker cabinets, double ovens, 5-burner gas cooktop, built-in microwave, spice drawers and a granite composite sink as well as an 8' island with bar seating. The back hallway is home to a large walk-in pantry, cubbies, computer desk, laundry room and wood tread stairs to the large 4th bedroom/bonus room and bath. The master suite has the best design with two large walk-in closets, a luxurious soaking tub, an equally luxurious shower and back to back his and her vanities. The two secondary bedrooms are across the house with a shared hall bath. Outside living includes a large screened-in porch and an extended patio with a gas grill hook-up. The fence is wood privacy on the sides and iron across the back for a great view. Additional professional landscaping enhances the overall beauty of this home and lot. Other features include a free-standing utility sink in the 3rd bay, irrigation system and tankless water heater. BE SURE TO WATCH THE VIRTUAL TOUR AND DON'T MISS A SINGLE DETAIL!

PUD
Planned Unit Development Legacy District
The purposes for Planned Unit Development PUD districts are: To provide for the development of relatively large land areas as total cohesive and coordinated units, rather than development on a lot-by-lot basis.; To permit more flexible and advantageous use of sites, especially with regard to natural features of the landscape, through the relaxation of conventional zoning requirements including minimum lot size and minimum lot width, while at the same time retaining approximately the same overall density as would ordinarily apply if the same areas were developed by conventional methods.; To help reduce the cost of residential development by allowing more dwelling units per gross acre than could be built in a conventional low density subdivision due to the extensive space requirements of streets rights-of-way, utility easements, etc., in a conventional subdivision and by reducing the length of streets and utility extensions through concentration or clustering of housing; To provide for the development of sites in which land not used for structures and yards but not required by the basic zoning of the site shall be reserved collectively in contiguous units accessible to all dwellings within the PUD as open space; this open space will provide recreational opportunities for the residents of the PUD, and will also afford improved, safer pedestrian circulation within the PUD.
