This home has been lived in by a professional single lady with no kids and no pets. It has been meticulously kept. Much of her furniture is gone due to moving so it is sparsley decorated in the family room. It has a wonderful view of the golf course and a deck for outdoor living and grilling! The upstairs room is either a 4th bedroom or a bonus room of whatever your choosing. You MUST open the 2 different doors in the upstairs room that lead to the attic, it is crazy how much floored attic space there is ( and remember to open BOTH the doors because this space is not just on oneside of the room. ) It is a split plan so there is plenty of privacy in the master. The formal dining area is beautiful, and this home is much about the lot too!! ( the view ) but not only does it have a view it is a LARGE backyard, so if you have kids there is PLENTY of room! If you like golf, it is right out your back door! If you just like to sit with a cup of coffee and look at something pretty ( other than a neighbors house!! ) this one could be for you! This neighborhood is wonderful about keeping neighbors involved and connected, there is a huge swimming pool, golf course, small restaurant, tennis courts, playground, garden club, and many people just move from one house to another in this same neighborhood, that is how much they love it! HOA fee is very low compared to most, you will be pleased here, no doubt about it.
