Little Texas is a unique hybrid tract of hunting land, crop land and timberland situated just five miles east of Marks, in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Hood Road and Eason Road. The Property has a network of water control structures, wildlife food plots and logging roads. The diverse wildlife found on the property includes whitetail deer, dove, water fowl and turkey. A water control structure currently holds water for ducks in the southerly portion of the hardwood timber. With additional work, a green tree reservoir could be developed within the hardwood timber area. This property has been lightly hunted over the years and thoughtfully developed to provide multiple opportunities for its future owner.
