You will not believe the amenities this home has to offer! The property spans over 3.2 cleared acres, which are filled with Satsuma & apple trees, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and muscadine grape bushes. The yard also features a 30-amp RV hook up positioned on the land away from the property, as well as a 50-amp hook up attached to the home. This allows you to set up multiple RVs, not just with the space, but giving them power! The sewer line also runs straight down the yard and would be very easy to tap into for your own campground potential! There are multiple outbuildings, including 24x48' garage with single car parking and workshop space. The garage has full power with two window ACs, is insulated, and has drywall! A great option to convert into apartment or mother-in-law space! Currently used as workshop! There is another shed, great workshop space, as well as a greenhouse/chicken coop. The dog kennel attached to the chicken coop will remain so just bring your chickens! This entire property is also completely fenced in allowing the dogs to run or the goats to roam. You are also surrounded by woods making it very secluded- the Homestead possibilities are endless! Home has been well taken care of with big maintenance items already completed like the brand-new roof installed May 2024, which still has warranty. Septic has been serviced and pumped with 4 years left until next service inspection. Owners also installed main water shut off access for both septic and main waterlines. Details buyers will appreciate after moving in! Working our way into the home, you will find original hardwood floors on the bottom level, and they are in gorgeous condition! Our main floor features formal dining room as well as a massive eat-in kitchen space. The living area features a floor to ceiling brick, wood-burning fireplace. The massive kitchen space has all electric appliances with built-in cooktop in the island. So much room to add China hutches or even more pantries! You have two full bathrooms on the main level, as well as a primary bedroom with handicap accessible shower ensuite. The real statement room is off the kitchen and is a 12 x 25' sunroom with AC! All the blinds will remain with property- just bring your house plants & comfy chair for morning coffee. Moving our way upstairs, the large and stunning staircase, leads way to three more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The bedroom to the right is so large it could be divided into two. It also features three walk-in closets, as well as attic access. The bathroom upstairs is also very large, perfect to accommodate the three guest bedrooms. The room to the left features the largest walk-in closet the home has to offer, as well as the door to the hidden fourth bedroom. This would make a great upstairs primary with ensuite nursery or office. The possibilities are truly endless! You will find the floorplan of this 2400 square-foot home is laid out perfectly.
