Looking for space on one level? Well this one in Lake Caroline has 2,934 square feet. It has 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths but SO MANY extra's! It sits on almost an acre corner lot, has a 3 car garage with extra wide driveway with an additional parking pad behind a double gate for a boat. The third bay to the garage is insulated with heating/air and used by original owner for a workshop. Also built within the garage is a safe room built into the foundation, walled with concrete and reenforced with rebar; also heated/cooled. This home is wired for a generator, just plug one in! Inside this home is more storage than I've seen in some 2 story homes. A huge pantry on the kitchen side of the home along with a large coat closet. It has another walk-in pantry in-between the guest rooms on the other side of the home that the owner called her ''Christmas Closet.'' By the garage and primary suite is the laundry room which has a long countertop, deep utility sink and cabinets everywhere you look. Plus tucked in at the end of the laundry room is a pocket door that opens to an additional sewing/craft room or quiet office with a window. Next, the primary bedroom is extra large and has a set of barn doors opening to the bath area which is wide enough for wheelchair access. There are walk-in closets to either side and one has a bulit-in floor safe. This spacious bath has double vanities, lots of counter space, a jet tub and walk-in shower with bench, grab bar and hand held shower attachments. There is also a built-in gas heater if needed. Let's go to the kitchen with slab granite, rich all wood cabinets, KitchenAid built-in double ovens, Bosch 5-eye gas cooktop with pot filler, Bosch dishwasher. and Samsung refrigerator. The breakfast bar opens to a large breakfast area with huge picture window facing the backyard. From here you will access the door to the Florida room. On the other side of the kitchen is the entrance to the over-sized formal dining room. Besides room for a banquet size table there is a wall of built-ins with granite counter top. It has a wet bar, an ice maker, cabinets below and glass-door china cabinets above with 2 wine racks; again with a huge picture window facing the front flower beds. The large main living area has a gas log fireplace with built-ins on either side. But along the back wall you have wonderful windows that look through the Florida room to the backyard. The windows are operational and can be left open or shut. On the other side of the home are two guests rooms, a full bath and another walk-in storage room. The owners designed this end of the home to be shut off if not in use. The hvac is separate and there is a separate electric hot water heater you can turn off with a switch if that part of the house not in use. If this storage still isn't enough you will find a good bit of floored attic space. There are front and back yard sprinkler systems to help with the beautiful landscaping and the large gates on either side of the house to access the backyard. This home was built to withstand any foundation issues, has great insulation and been meticulously maintained. Only the original owners of this custom house have lived in this home. Come take a look and find all the space you need.

PUD
Planned Unit Development Legacy District
The purposes for Planned Unit Development PUD districts are: To provide for the development of relatively large land areas as total cohesive and coordinated units, rather than development on a lot-by-lot basis.; To permit more flexible and advantageous use of sites, especially with regard to natural features of the landscape, through the relaxation of conventional zoning requirements including minimum lot size and minimum lot width, while at the same time retaining approximately the same overall density as would ordinarily apply if the same areas were developed by conventional methods.; To help reduce the cost of residential development by allowing more dwelling units per gross acre than could be built in a conventional low density subdivision due to the extensive space requirements of streets rights-of-way, utility easements, etc., in a conventional subdivision and by reducing the length of streets and utility extensions through concentration or clustering of housing; To provide for the development of sites in which land not used for structures and yards but not required by the basic zoning of the site shall be reserved collectively in contiguous units accessible to all dwellings within the PUD as open space; this open space will provide recreational opportunities for the residents of the PUD, and will also afford improved, safer pedestrian circulation within the PUD.
