This resort is making great strides to renovate buildings and is in the final stretch of replacing roofs, exterior siding, windows, doors and deck materials. The owner of this unit has followed suit by updating the entire unit with new flooring, furniture and appliances. The ground floor unit is right next to the All Seasons Center, which offers indoor swimming, hot tubs, fitness, dry and wet sauna, games, bathrooms and meeting room. Outside offers grills, fire pit gazebo, tennis, mini golf, hiking trails, bocce ball, playground and pavilion. The monthly fee covers all amenities as well as wifi, cable, water, sewer, phone, security and exterior maintenance. On site property management and housekeeping are also available. The only utility you will have to acquire is electricity! The $340 annual fee is paid in two installments, April and October of each year and are for special maintenance projects. An optional Beech Mtn Club membership provides golf, tennis, fitness, pickleball, clubhouse dining and much more for a one-time reinstatement fee and annual dues.
