Main floor has 3 brs and 2 baths, covered front porch. 2nd floor is an accessory dwelling unit for guests, in-laws or income unit with separate entry, parking and electric meter. One could rent out the upstairs to pay most of the mortgage interest. A lot of house for the money, a great deal as a large single family home and even more so as a duplex as rents from both units would more than cover all mortgage payment and other expenses and you get huge property appreciation year after year.
