This home could be grand and stately with repairs. Full brick with brick patio, fence posts and walkway in the back. The street ends in a culdesac, and the property is level and mostly overgrown, but the plants/trees are mature and well placed. Wood...
rot was evident on almost all the exterior window frames, trim and especially doors. Carpet upstairs and parts of the master bathroom need to be removed asap due to paint damage. The secondary bedrooms in this house are all oversized, 2 of them with walk in closets. Water damage in the main living area ceiling possibly due to upstairs bathroom or skylite which also shows rot. Garage doors need to be replaced but the space has room for 3 cars to park comfortably, with higher ceiling height and storage area behind utility doors to hide clutter.
