Nice, well-maintained brick ranch on a lovely lot in a desirable area near downtown Cherryville. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, hardwood floors, new HVAC (2017), replacement double pane vinyl windows, gas logs, and more. The home features a nice kitchen with an attached dining area and inside laundry room, family one, additional den area, and a nice sunroom. The home sits on a large 0.65-acre lot that fells even bigger due to the large front yard with some trees and the exquisite wood-fenced rear yard with a concrete patio and wired storage building. The home has city water and sewer and PSNC/Dominion natural gas for the water heater and gas logs (the home also has a secondary boiler heat source but it is not needed with the new heat pump). This home is move-in ready and offers lots of space and amenities at this price point.
