Some homes are built. Others are cared for. This one has been cherished by the same family since 1965, and it shows. Set on a lush, beautifully maintained lot in a quiet, established neighborhood, this classic brick ranch offers the kind of craftsmanship, space, and pride of ownership that's becoming increasingly difficult to find. Major updates include a 2011 roof, 2013 HVAC, and 2019 water heater, allowing you to enjoy the home's timeless character with added peace of mind. Inside, you'll find multiple living spaces designed to adapt to your lifestyle, including a spacious living and dining room, cozy sitting room, dedicated office, and an impressive sunroom complete with custom built-ins that invites you to slow down and stay awhile. The generously sized primary suite offers a comfortable retreat, while the original tiled bathrooms celebrate the home's mid-century charm rather than hiding it. Outside, the oversized driveway provides easy access to a wired storage building in the backyard, offering endless possibilities for hobbies, projects, or additional storage. Mature landscaping and the expansive yard create a setting that's just as enjoyable outdoors as it is inside. Some homes simply have a story worth continuing. After nearly six decades of thoughtful ownership and meticulous care, this is a rare opportunity to become only the second owner of a home that's been truly loved.

SF-10
Single-Family Residential 10 District
The Single-Family Residential 10 (SF-10) District is established to accommodate principally single-family detached residential development at low densities, and to accommodate flexibly-designed residential development that provides variable housing types and arrangements that respond to environmental and site conditions. Uses within the district are subject to the design standards in Article 30-5: Development Standards. The district accommodates two- to four-family dwellings designed to appear as single-family detached homes and zero lot line development subject to the requirements of this Ordinance. District regulations discourage any use that substantially interferes with the development of single-family dwellings and that is detrimental to the quiet residential nature of the district. Also allowed are complementary uses usually found in residential zoning districts, such as parks, open space, minor utilities, accessory dwellings of up to 800 square feet in size, schools, and places of worship.
