Tucked away in the welcoming Board Tree community of Revere, these beautiful forested mountain tracts offer a rare opportunity to own a piece of the Southern Appalachians. Each lot features a mature hardwood forest with an impressive diversity of native trees and understory plants, including many of the unique species that make this region so special. Every lot includes at least one gentle homesite, established roadbeds, and access from a well-maintained private road with a recorded road maintenance agreement. Whether you prefer relaxing beside the creek or exploring the ridge for long-range views and cool mountain breezes, these properties offer a variety of landscapes to enjoy. Enjoy an extremely private and quiet property while remaining just 30 minutes from both Marshall and Hot Springs for groceries, dining, community events, and other everyday conveniences. Electricity is available along the private road, and each lot will include an electric utility easement to provide access to power. Current lot lines are negotiable and subject to minor adjustments prior to closing, giving buyers added flexibility. Owner financing will be considered with the right offer. One of the things that truly sets these properties apart is the community. Board Tree is known for its friendly, welcoming neighbors and the shared appreciation for this beautiful corner of the mountains.

Location Information
Directions: From 25-70 in Marshall take a right onto Walnut Creek Road. Take a left onto Big Laurel Road at Big Laurel Baptist Church. Veer left onto Revere Road. Turn left onto Board Tree Road. Stay right at the fork in the road (you will see a literal sculpture of a fork). You will see a gate on the right. Please unlock the gate and park inside the gate as not to block the road beyond the gate. If you are just a single vehicle there is likely room to park in front of the gate and that is fine as long as the road is passable. If you continue up the road past the gate you can access the road frontage for lots 4, 2 and 1. There are signs identifying the lots. Please reference the site map to locate the lot signs in relation to the property lines. If you drive up the road beyond the gate there is a small amount of room to park one or two cars along the side of the road or feel free to walk up the road if parked behind the gate. Do not park in the driveway for 408 or the grassy driveway beyond 408.
