The family says they have no knowledge of things. Sold as is. Its on well water and septic tank. I was told the home had fire damage serval years ago. The owner removed it. Owner replaced it with a used doublewide and he gutted it and remodeled it. I called Columbus county building permit dept and they have no records of permits. They also said they don't keep records past 5 years. Septic is in the front yard. I can not locate a mobile home title or data plate. The heat nor air works. No appliance convey.
