This lovely brick home supplies lots of space for a large family or multigenerational family. Living room, family room, sunroom, mudroom and potential square footage in a bonus room. The bonus room is complete and only needs a heating/cooling system added. It could also be used as a nice storage room. The outside storage building has a garage door and makes a great work space. . Over size garage also has a garage door on the back for drive thru. It also has it's own half bathroom! Not far from Wilmington Ranch stype.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
