This is a very sweet spot. It has a reasonably flat yard at the top of the knoll and really really spectacular long range mountain views and it overlooks a beautiful farm too. On the outside the home looks good. But, on the inside it is - Disaster! There is no kitchen, no bathroom, someone started painting the walls, there are no light fixtures, there is no flooring in 1/2 of the house, (the other part looks pretty good though). It could be a great house for a remodeler or investor but estimates to replace what is not there is between 50 and 60 k so I don't believe it will qualify for a loan. The price has been set accordingly. It does come with lots of treasures in boxes in the basement and you get them all and everything else too! There is a pretty good eau du wet dog and musty, moldy box smell coming from the basement FYI.

OU
Open Use District
The OU Open Use District is established as a district in which all uses are allowed by right, except for certain uses that are regulated as conditional uses so as to ensure that neighborhood impact is mitigated. Additionally, those uses which are specific to the Airport Industry District (AI) are excluded from the OU Open Use District. The neighborhood impact from conditional uses will be mitigated through the use of minimum specific site standards combined with general standards which provide the flexibility to impose a higher level of specific site standards dependent upon the degree of neighborhood impact. No zoning permit shall be required for permitted uses in the OU Open Use District.
