Longfellow, located between Downtown Fargo and Lindenwood Park, is a historic and residential Fargo neighborhood with tree-lined streets and early-20th-century homes. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around Broadway N and 4th Ave N, where storefronts, patios, and sidewalk traffic set a steady, urban rhythm. Community pillars include the Fargo Theatre, Plains Art Museum, and the Red River Market. Craftsman bungalows and classic brick buildings shape the streetscape, with pocket parks and the river corridor nearby. Daily life leans walkable, with coffee counters, galleries, and local dining woven into the grid.
