Clean, bright, and move-in ready; this 2-story slab-on-grade twin home in Mandan is easy to love from the moment you walk in. The main level offers an open layout with tons of natural light, inviting finishes, and space to actually live in. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with room for stools; perfect for everyday use or hosting friends. Just off the garage entry, you'll find a convenient half bath. Upstairs, the primary suite feels like a true retreat with a walk-in closet and a spacious ¾ bath. Two additional bedrooms are both generously sized and share a full bathroom, giving everyone their own space without feeling cramped. The open railing adds to the airy feel and keeps everything connected. Step outside from the dining area to a concrete patio; great for summer evenings or morning coffee. The attached 2-stall garage and private driveway (not directly shared) are a huge bonus, and the modern front door and curb appeal set the tone right away. Well cared for, thoughtfully designed, and finished consistently throughout; this one is ready to be moved into before summer!

RM - RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS
Residential Multi-Family
The RM Residential District is established as a district in which the principal use of land is for residences, including multifamily dwellings and similar high-density residential development. For the RM Residential District, in promoting the general purposes of this chapter, the specific intent of this section is: To encourage the construction of, and continued use of, the land for residential purposes. To prohibit commercial and industrial use of the land and to prohibit any other use that would substantially interfere with the development and continuation of residential structures in the district. To encourage the discontinuance of existing uses that would not be permitted as new uses in the district. To discourage any use which, because of its character or size, would generate traffic or require municipal services substantially in excess of traffic and services that would exist if the district was developed solely for multifamily dwellings and similar residential uses.
