Your peaceful country retreat! We all know how stressful the workday is nowadays. Imagine coming home from a frenetic day of deadlines and crises to this lovely, 2,354 square foot home where all you see are cornfields, and all you hear as you sip a glass of wine in the gazebo on your deck are the birds singing. And yet, for all the tranquility of this lovely home, it is minutes from the major transit roads (206/295/NJ Turnpike) or from the express trains at Hamilton Amtrak station. Working in Trenton, or at the Ft Dix-Maguire megabase? No problem: you're just minutes away via peaceful country roads. From the moment you approach the home, you'll notice the mature shade trees and wide driveway with copious parking space. There is a huge shed to the right, and a two-car side entry garage attached to the house. Once inside, you will appreciate the large laundry room, separate den, and large family room and living room areas. The kitchen has its own island, and a separate breakfast room overlooking the peaceful back yard. A fireplace in the living room assures you of many cozy evening watching the snow fall outside! Upstairs, you'l find a very spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom/shower. The other three bedrooms and guest bath are a good size and in very good condition. But the best thing about 198 Bordentown-Georgetown Road is that you are not buying a house; you're buying a LIFESTYLE! Leave the rat race at work. Then feel the stress falling away as you drive through the farmlands and come to the place that feels like a HOME!

Agricultural District
The Agricultural District represents the bulk of the Township's land area consistent with present agricultural operations and the Township's designation in various regional plans as an area for agricultural preservations. The permitted uses are intended to encourage the continuation of the industry of agriculture and to discourage growth and infrastructure which threatens or diminishes the Township's reputation as a farming community. As such, new residential, commercial and industrial development is minimized. The attempt is to provide a balance between a landowner's right to sell a parcel of land for an occasional home and providing reasonable control to avoid excess development that would intrude upon efficient agricultural operations. Lost farmland is irreplaceable. Thus, an acre of farmland, once removed from agricultural purposes and uses, is gone forever, and cannot generally be replaced with farmland acreage elsewhere in this community.
