Nestled in desirable Franklin Township, this fully rehabbed "Farmhouse" style home awaits its new owners. Everything is less than 9 years: roof, HVAC, electric, plumbing, siding, windows, and appliances. Step inside to the living room that offers great natural light and a huge kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar that overlooks the back yard. There is a half bath on the first floor so guests don't have to use yours and a laundry room for added convenience (no more hauling laundry to the basement!). Finishing off the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with full bath. Upstairs hosts three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Carpeting throughout was replaced less than one year ago. The outside of this home is made for hosting guests with an over-sized front covered porch, large covered rear patio, and fully fenced back yard with fire pit. The owner is obtaining the septic certification.
