Beautifully expanded and updated, this ranch offers a spacious and open floor plan. The newly remodeled kitchen features 42-inch hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, a peninsula, stainless steel appliances and a tumbled marble backsplash. The family room addition boasts a volume ceiling, exposed beams, and skylights. The dining room offers hardwood floors and decorative moulding. The formal living room is a quiet respite with hardwood floors, a large bay window and a fireplace with a custom mantle. Down the hall is a dramatic 500sf master suite addition with hand-scraped hardwood floors, a huge walk-in closet with extensive organizers, and a chic master bath with a clawfoot tub, oversized shower with frameless glass shower doors, and espresso wood vanity with Carrera marble and two under-mount sinks. Rounding out the bedrooms is the princess suite - great for extended family, guest or teen, a third spacious bedroom, an updated hall bath and a den or possible fourth bedroom. Additional amenities include a newer roof, air conditioning, and hot water heater. The dry basement offers high ceilings and is partially sheetrocked. The 2-car garage has a side entry. The exterior features a new covered entryway, front steps and stamped concrete walkway. Enjoy the view of the park-like grounds, private with a perimeter of evergreens, specimen plantings and several mature deciduous trees from one of the two decks or in the 6-person hot tub.

RU-P
Rural Preservation Zone
The purpose of the RU-P zoning district is to maintain the rural character of the Township; to promote the preservation of the open space and farmland areas of Millstone Township; and to minimize the impact of new development on natural resources and rural features of the community. Within the zone are large areas of farmland, prime agricultural soils, and open space. A further purpose of the zone is to promote the vision and policies of the State Development and Redevelopment Plan for the State's rural environmentally sensitive planning area in western Monmouth County as well as to support the implementation of the Monmouth County Farmland Preservation Plan and Program for the Farmland Preservation Areas of Millstone. The RU-P zone protects the environment by supporting the preservation of environmentally sensitive features such as freshwater wetlands, steep slopes, stream corridors, forests, and wildlife habitat areas including the Assunpink Wildlife Management Area
