Set on 1.7 bucolic acres within a beautiful and private Morristown residence; this apartment is situated on the fully autonomous, walk-out, lower level. Boasting nearly 1,000-square-foot of glorious space; this hidden gem feels gracious and comfortable; not at all 'temporary.' Thoughtfully furnished and recently refreshed, it features hardwood floors, a smartly equipped, full kitchen with separate dinette, updated appliances, cookware, flatware, dishes/glasses, a new set of chef's knives and a working, gas fireplace. The spacious bedroom is filled with natural light and opens to a lovely outdoor setting with a patio and in-ground, swimming pool. With a separate private entrance and dedicated driveway parking, you get the independence of your own home, while enjoying none of the work. All the utilities are included; even cable - no hidden extras. A professional cleaning service is provided every other week. Just arrive, unpack, and feel at home. Private, polished, and remarkably convenient. The parking space is situated directly in front of the apartment for ultimate convenience; yet there's plenty of street parking for guests. Ideal for one or two persons; yet sorry - no pets nor smoking permitted; though a short term lease of six (6) months will be of consideration.
