This classic antique has been thoroughly modernized with a new kitchen, two full baths and one half bath. There are wide pine floors throughout (except kitchen and baths). The original exposed beams have been preserved and provide a nice antique accent. There are three non functioning fireplaces that have the original mantles. One is Federal style, one circa 1850 with a Tudor arch and the third is late 18th or early 19th century design. The original cupboards beside the chimneys has raised panels of mid 18th century type. The second floor doors are board and batten with wrought nails and Norfolk latches. Part of the 2nd floor has been vaulted to the roof and skylights added. This provides lots of light to the loft area. The full bath here has slate floors and vanity top with porcelain bowls. This ceiling is also vaulted with a skylight. There is a shower stall here. The ensuite full bath has an antique tub. The new kitchen is a chef's delight with convection oven and center island w/ stainless top.

R-85
Residence Zone
The R-85 Zone is intended to permit and promote residential land uses within or near the village area of the Township, including some of the Townships oldest residential neighborhoods as well as some more recent residential development. It is intended to preserve and or encourage the village residential building elements, historic character and relationships that characterize some of the older portions of this zone district e.g., open front porches and stoops, lower building heights and reduced front setbacks, while providing adequate accommodation for expansion of existing dwellings as well as for new infill residential construction to meet contemporary household demands. These zone regulations are intended to promote the creation of a residential environment that encourages a sense of security, community and social interaction.
