The ideal location of this comfortably sized home offers the elusive blend of convenience to everyday necessities along with outdoor privacy usually found only in the country. The lot is a generous three-quarter acre, but it seems even larger thanks to densely wooded surroundings. There’ll be nothing but the soft sounds of nature to disturb your poolside relaxation this summer and, with new concrete decking in place, there’s nothing to delay you from diving right into fun times on the first warm, sunny day! A roomy shed with a new roof keeps all the pool accessories handy, but neatly stowed away. A big picture window, a bay and a glass-paned door to the deck keep the home’s living and dining rooms nice and bright throughout the day. While currently carpeted, hardwood flows through the main and upper levels. Newer stainless steel appliances join a hammered copper sink in the kitchen. Just a few steps down is the perfect spot to set up your home office or create a cozy media room. A full bath with hidden Samsung washer and dryer further the versatility of the naturally lit ground level with plenty of storage nearby in the deep garage and basement. Above, a second tiled bath with a wide modern vanity serves 3 bedrooms, all with breezy ceiling fans. Carson Woods, Terhune Orchards and the campus of Bristol Myers Squibb are nearly at your doorstep and downtown Princeton is a short drive away. In fact, it’s so close this property has a Princeton mailing address! House is an estate sale. Sold as is

EP-1
Environmental Protection 1 District
The Environmental Protection 1 district is designed for low intensity uses primarily in the northwest area of the municipality where poor water yields and strata for septic systems dictate large lot development in an area of little or no public infrastructure and severe environmental constraints, including but not limited to, a seasonal high water table, shallow depth to bedrock, and steep slopes along the Stony Brook. Further, the purpose of the EP-1 district is to protect the environmental resources and qualities of this area, maintain the rural character of roads and scenic views, and retain farmland. The EP-1 designation is contrasted with the EP-2 district by being underlain with the Lockatong-Argillite geologic formation as depicted in the adopted Master Plan. Both the EP-1 and EP-2 districts, though poorly suited for development, are exceptional areas for non-irrigated agriculture. Because of this last factor, clustering of residential units is preferred whether under the provisions of this section or 428.
