Think outside the box! For the architecture lover with a keen eye for design, this stylish dome house reflects the vision of Buckminster Fuller, who conceived the concept of geodesic dome homes in the 1940's, while still being up-to-date in all the right places. Built in 1976, and then entirely overhauled in the past few years by current owners, this home will both surprise and delight. Set on peaceful grounds of almost 5 acres with loads of privacy, windows have been added throughout to allow for natural light to pour into captivating living spaces. Stone and inlaid wood floors, a beautiful stacked stone fireplace in the living room, and a fantastic new kitchen renovation are some highlights in the public rooms. Three bedrooms and a studio loft span two floors. Take your pick from a first floor master with a chic en suite bathroom or upstairs where a second master is equally inviting with a bathroom awash with sleek new finishes. Truly a revolution in space, energy efficiency and eternally modernistic in design, no detail was spared here!

EP-1
Environmental Protection 1 District
The Environmental Protection 1 district is designed for low intensity uses primarily in the northwest area of the municipality where poor water yields and strata for septic systems dictate large lot development in an area of little or no public infrastructure and severe environmental constraints, including but not limited to, a seasonal high water table, shallow depth to bedrock, and steep slopes along the Stony Brook. Further, the purpose of the EP-1 district is to protect the environmental resources and qualities of this area, maintain the rural character of roads and scenic views, and retain farmland. The EP-1 designation is contrasted with the EP-2 district by being underlain with the Lockatong-Argillite geologic formation as depicted in the adopted Master Plan. Both the EP-1 and EP-2 districts, though poorly suited for development, are exceptional areas for non-irrigated agriculture. Because of this last factor, clustering of residential units is preferred whether under the provisions of this section or 428.
