With a fantastic modern layout already in place, strategic upgrades and high-style embellishments make a big impact at this beautifully refreshed Colonial down a private lane. A sweeping front lawn brings an air of refinement to the otherwise charming country feel of the special location. The backyard retains its wooded privacy even after areas were cleared for easier access to an attractive outbuilding and a sunnier experience out on the deck. Inside, hardwood floors display their natural beauty in a matte finish and color choices reflect a design-savvy aesthetic. Quartz countertops, brushed brass fixtures and gorgeous new lighting transform the kitchen, which takes pride of place at the center of the open floor plan. With a butler’s pantry and a walk-in dry-goods pantry, the island and countertops can remain clutter-free. A stone fireplace is the defining feature of the cathedral family room, while a chandelier by Visual Comfort steals the show in the dining room. Pocket doors separate the living room from a study brightened by a pair of French doors, one of many. In addition to a walk-out lower level with new laminate flooring, a bonus loft wing offers alternative large en-suite guest bedroom and can be used as flex space or transformed into primary suite. The main suite is a serene sanctuary in pure white with a big soaking tub and custom walk-in closet. An office and 2 more bedrooms share the hall bath. Don’t miss the handy pet-washing station in the laundry room, one of several spaces radiating cheer with whimsical wallpaper. Extra features include a propane house generator and car charging outlet in the garage,

Turn onto a little-known private lane right across from organic farmland and, proudly perched on four beautiful acres, you'll encounter an immaculate Colonial with a sprawling new deck, the perfect place to appreciate all the leafy privacy. With hardwood floors, period light fixtures, wainscoting and an abundance of French doors, traditional good looks reign throughout the bright interior. The wide center hall, flanked by the dining room and double studies, leads the way to the heart of the home: the cathedral great room and open kitchen. A tall stone fireplace is the center of attention, even when hanging out around the granite-topped kitchen island. A 48 inch Dacor range, Sub-Zero fridge and a separate pantry are sure to inspire your inner-gourmand. A lofty office atop the main stairs joins three bedrooms custom fitted with plantation shutters. Glass tile accents the big white master bathroom next to a windowed walk-in. A secondary staircase near the back door leads down to a rec room with even more French doors and up to a guest wing with enough space to host all the relatives.

EP-1
Environmental Protection 1 District
The Environmental Protection 1 district is designed for low intensity uses primarily in the northwest area of the municipality where poor water yields and strata for septic systems dictate large lot development in an area of little or no public infrastructure and severe environmental constraints, including but not limited to, a seasonal high water table, shallow depth to bedrock, and steep slopes along the Stony Brook. Further, the purpose of the EP-1 district is to protect the environmental resources and qualities of this area, maintain the rural character of roads and scenic views, and retain farmland. The EP-1 designation is contrasted with the EP-2 district by being underlain with the Lockatong-Argillite geologic formation as depicted in the adopted Master Plan. Both the EP-1 and EP-2 districts, though poorly suited for development, are exceptional areas for non-irrigated agriculture. Because of this last factor, clustering of residential units is preferred whether under the provisions of this section or 428.
