Scrolled trusses trim the front porch of this pretty-as-a-picture Colonial, perfect for an iced tea, a warm afternoon, and bucolic views of nearly 2 acres. Freshly painted spaces begin with a tiled foyer and guest-friendly living and dining rooms, where hardwood floors begin and flow through both floors. The family room will be the cozy spot you'll seek again and again, with its wood burning fireplace, bay window framing natural views, and a nearby powder room. A warm Arts and Crafts vibe and modern finishes update the kitchen, where granite counters and a center island offer plenty of prep space for dinner, and atrium doors to a deck overlooking the tree-lined backyard. The laundry room, with a high efficiency washer and dryer, accesses a 2-car garage. A partially-finished basement has room for play, t. v. , and storage. Upstairs, a dressing area and walk-in closet add elegance to the master suite; 3 more sunny bedrooms share a 2nd full bath. Neatly landscaped grounds and an adorable storage shed add to the charm of this wonderful offering. Porch Wind chime comes with the house!
