The purpose of the PRD District is to provide for a variety of residential and special needs housing in a cluster format and appropriate commercial, public and quasi-public uses for the benefit of the residential development in an effort to accommodate the provision of affordable housing in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27D-301 et seq., and the mandates of the Supreme Court in Southern Burlington County NAACP v.
