Wow, what a home!?! This home is a diamond in the rough! Open layout and lots of room, both inside and out. Beautiful living room with hardwood floors and crown moulding. Kitchen is made for the cook in mind. Lots of room to work and entertain. The master bedroom is enormous with it's own private tiled bath and a 12 x 12 foot dressing room/walk in closet complete with closet organizers and a center console. The closets space is great even in the third bedroom. It's the entire length of the wall! Beautiful main tiled bath and we haven't even gotten to the basement yet. Great for a man cave or playroom or do both. Awesome built-in bar with a sink and lots of space. This is like another whole house. Covered doorway out to the side yard also. The laundry room is spacious too! Outside patio has plenty of room for the BBQs and outdoor activities. Land is mostly cleared and has woods at the rear of the property. Shed & fishpond. Off strt parking for 6 cars! New well installed in 2011. Great home!

RD-A
Rural Development Agricultural District
The rural development zoning district is transitional in nature. It is fragmented by existing development and agricultural uses. The area is relatively open in nature and is, thus, important from a cultural, visual and ecological standpoint. The intention of the Zoning Plan and Ordinance is to both maintain, where practical, the existing character of the district and preserve it as land reservoirs for future community development. The uses in this district are controlled essentially by the Township so long as they have only a moderate impact.; The Pinelands plan has permitted residential dwelling units in the rural development area, provided that the total number of new units does not exceed one dwelling unit for every 3.2 acres of privately owned undeveloped land which is not defined in this chapter as wetland. The RD-A Zoning Districts have been designed to meet this density requirement. Cluster development is required in accordance with 175-94.1 whenever two or more units are proposed as part of a residential development in these zoning districts.
