Get ready to fall in love! Situated on 2 private acres of lush greenery, this beautiful, brick front rancher, allows you to enjoy the peace and solitude of nature with the convenience of easy access to shopping, eateries, and major roadways. From the moment you pull into the driveway you can tell that this meticulously maintained home has been well cared for inside and out. Much larger than it first appears, upon entering the home you will be delighted by the bright and spacious, open-concept layout and the tastefully updated interior featuring a contemporary color pallet with neutral floors and modern finishes. The rich, hardwood flooring that greets you at the living room entry draws you into the adjoining family room that boasts a wood-burning fireplace with elegant, stone facade. Off the family room is the newly updated, eat-in kitchen with ceramic tile flooring, crisp white cabinets, sleek glass-tiled backsplash, polished granite countertops, under-cabinet lighting and upgraded appliance package including gas range, and newer stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. A step down takes you to the sunny breakfast room with a pass through window into the kitchen, access to the laundry/ utility area and glass slider that leads to the neatly manicured backyard with koi pond and natural, wooded area beyond. In 2010 the home was expanded beyond its original 2 bedroom footprint to include a beautifully converted garage. This spacious multi-purpose room with double doors off the family room, is currently utilized as the master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and office/reading nook. While this bonus space is perfectly suited to function as a 3rd bedroom, the possibilities for this space are endless. In addition, the remaining 2 bedrooms are generously sized and feature parquet wood flooring while the full bathroom offers a granite topped vanity and tub shower with tile surround. Wondering where to keep your bikes and lawn equipment? This home offers storage solutions to fit your needs including a storage area in front of the converted garage and a 16X10 shed with 2 lofts for even more storage space. Some of the other updates over the past few years have been the replacement of the HVAC, hot water heater, attic insulation, and well pump. Plus, septic is professionally pumped and serviced annually. Don't miss out on the opportunity to make this gem yours. Come see for yourself all this incredible property has to offer!

FD-10
Forest Residential District 10
The forest district zones are found in areas of the Township which exhibit many critical ecological values. They may be characterized as places with little or no encroachment from residential, agricultural or other man-made uses. The intent of this section is to preserve and maintain the existing environment, including plant and animal species indigenous thereto and the habitat thereof; protect and maintain the quality of surface waters and groundwaters; and discourage piecemeal and scattered development.; The Pinelands plan has permitted residential dwelling units in the forest area, provided that the total number of new units does not exceed one dwelling unit for every 15.8 acres of privately owned undeveloped land which is not defined in this chapter as wetland. The FD-10 Zoning Districts have been designed to meet this density requirement. Cluster development is required in accordance with 175-94.1 whenever two or more units are proposed as part of a residential development in these zoning districts.
