Planned Development Zone District
The purpose of the PD zone district is to accommodate small- and medium-scale innovative projects that cannot be accommodated through the use of other zone districts, provided that those projects are consistent with the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan (ABC Comp Plan), as amended and include standards that would not otherwise be required of the applicant in order to provide significant public, civic, or natural resource benefits.
