The RES-E district supports single-family homes on medium sized lots consistent with contemporary community development. Generally this district applies to low to medium density residential development in established neighborhoods lands that are already committed to residential uses and have been subdivided for a specific development and undeveloped or underdeveloped areas with a moderate to high development suitability.
