One of the best settings in the Carson Valley offering privacy, panoramic views, a year round stream (Daggett Creek from Heavenly), and gated private entrance. The 20+ acres includes water rights, a share of an agriculture well, a beautiful orchard, greenhouse with electricity and water, covered and uncovered outdoor gathering areas (some with wind protection), lots of rock and pavers. The land offers endless possibilities including unlimited hiking on wilderness land or converting to a horse property. , A beautiful front courtyard with large wooden doors can close you off from the outside world. Interior features include Anderson windows and doors, 8' solid knotty alder doors, 11' ceilings, and recycled Eucalyptus flooring. The backyard has beautiful old-growth cottonwood trees, lots of custom rock work, covered porch with ceiling fan and recessed lighting, open rock fireplace and built-in BBQ. This is a must see!

FR-19
Forest and Range - 19 Acre District
