This parcel offers beautiful views, plenty of privacy, and ample space to explore. Although a rural location, it's just a short drive to all the amenities of Carson Valley and only minutes from excellent fishing and boating at Topaz Lake. The well is already in place, and while the pump hasn't been installed yet, it will be included in the sale. There's also the beginning of an excavated building pad. The section of land bordering Cavelti features gently rolling terrain with many great potential building sites, while the back portion offers varied terrain and striking rocky outcroppings and a great area to explore, ride your ATV or horse.
