Sun City Summerlin, located between Lake Mead Boulevard and Summerlin Parkway, is a master-planned and golf-oriented Las Vegas neighborhood with terraced desert streetscapes and panoramic valley views. The community reads as low-slung stucco homes, wide sidewalks, and carefully kept landscaping set against the Spring Mountains. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Sun City Summerlin Community Center on Del Webb Boulevard, where clubhouses, pools, and courts create a steady daytime hum. The Highland Falls Golf Club and Palm Valley Golf Club set the pace with fairways threading through residential blocks. For arts and local culture, the Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center and the nearby Nevada Ballet Theatre add a polished, civic feel. Trails and pocket parks stitch the hillsides into daily routines.
