Forest and Range - 19 Acre District
The purpose of the FR-19 district is to implement the Douglas County master plan, preserve rural areas for the purpose of efficiently using land to conserve forest and range resources, protect the natural environment, preserve open spaces, and preserve open areas for grazing and other agricultural uses for land under private ownership. This is a low density land use district with a maximum permitted density of one home per 19 net acres.
