Welcome to 121 West Bagley Road in the city of Berea. Home of the Titans and the recently constructed Berea Midpark High School. Perfect for someone who wants to make this house their home or an investor that would like to add a solid rental to their portfolio. Close to Balwin Wallace College, the Metro Parks, and downtown Berea, the possibilities are endless. The master bedroom along with 1 additional bedroom and the full bath are on the first floor and the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The basement is a whopping 30x28 and is a blank slate to do with as you please. The back porch could be the perfect little green house to start spring plants or just as a mud room to leave shoes and coats.
