R-HD
Higher Density Residential District
This District, comprising the R-3A District in the previous Zoning Resolution, is established to accommodate single-family residential dwellings with the objective of permitting a higher density of population where centralized sewer and water facilities are provided, and where positioning of homes can be used to buffer higher and lower density uses. A minimum of five acres is required to establish an RHD District. At least seventy-five percent of the lots must front on a local roadway or cul-de-sac street.
