If you're looking for a country home and a quiet country setting with outbuildings, although the inside needs some updating and a little TLC, this may be the one! Sitting on a hill with beautiful views and on over an acre and a half, this home built in 1881 has been passed down through generations of the same family since it was built. The outside brick has been beautifully maintained and landscaped. Inside is 2300 sq ft of living space, along with 2 separate enclosed sunporches including one with beautiful views. This home has 2 bedrooms up with the larger one having a small room off of it that could be a large master closet. The nice size landing as you enter upstairs would make a great game or play area or could be sectioned off for a 3rd bedroom upstairs and then you also have the full bath on the 2nd floor. On the main floor, as you enter the back you have the laundry/mudroom off of the kitchen, a formal dining room, living room, 1/2 bath and then 2 other rooms that have been used as bedrooms to make it a 4 bedroom home but could also be used as office space, play areas, etc. So many options in this home! Outside you have the newer pole barn that is big enough for multiple vehicles or great storage for boats, campers or all of the above. And then you have the other outbuildings/barns that are waiting to be brought back to life if you are looking for space to raise chickens, a horse or other farm animals. This property has so much potential for someone who is looking for everything that comes with country living and wants to make it their own! Don't miss out on viewing this property and schedule your showing today!

AG/RES
Agricultural/Residential District
The primary purpose of this zoning district is to preserve land containing agricultural value while providing for rural type residential development where agricultural land abuts public roads. As the number of non-farm residents in an area grows, the more difficult it is to engage in typical farm practices and it becomes more arduous to protect the rural character associated with these areas. Therefore, the following reasons are given to support the purpose for which this zoning district is intended to accomplish.; This district shall permit a degree of non-farm housing without unduly contributing to uncontrolled residential expansion into rural areas.; The Ag./Res. District lessen the impacts of non-farm residences on the rural environment by reducing the possible mixture of farm and non-farm dwellings.; The regulations in this section Agricultural/Residential District are applicable unless in direct conflict with state and federal law.
