Welcome to this beautiful ranch villa home located on a dead-end street with a splendid view of the creek and woods. Both the kitchen and dining areas expand into the main great room with vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting and gas fireplace. The great room leads toward a sunken sunroom with a private brick patio. This home features a gorgeous open concept with an abundance of natural light, arched large angular kitchen with plenty of cabinets, pantry and breakfast bar. Need a home office? Just steps away is an office area with built in desk and storage. This home also features 2 first floor bedrooms (both have walk-in closets), master bath and an additional guest bath. The upstairs loft could easily be a third bedroom since the current owner had an oversized closet added to include built in shelving and a dresser. The laundry area is located at the bottom of the basement steps and separate from the basement area. It contains an abundance of cabinets for storage and counter space. (
