Incredible feeling of country living in the woods, yet minutes from shopping and dining and downtown OKC. Park-lie setting! Very hard to find home zoned in the Edmond Lake Preservation Residential area, backing up to the Corp of engineer property (and equestrian trails). Solidly built home by Matt Wilson, new Pella windows throughout, new custom $500,000 resort-style Caviness custom pool with beach entry, new roof, and fully updated and remodel since 2019. Private gated entry tucked deep in the woods inside of a small gated community. So much wildlife seen daily with Lake Arcadia just a stone's throw away. Amenities include: updated fixtures & paint, safe room, breakfast bar, office/study, hot tub, flagstone patios, upper deck, look out deck with Lake Arcadia views, generator, security cameras, private gated lot, lush landscaping, bonus/game room, massive waterfall with diving cliff by pool, outdoor spiral staircase to upper covered deck, mud room, etc. Needs to be see in person!
